Ingredients
- Daikon: 3.5 oz
- Korean fish cake: 6.3 oz (4 pieces)
- Onion (medium): 1/2
- Green onion: 1/3 stalk
- Water: 5 cups
- Minced garlic: 1/2 Tbsp
- Wangshin Soy Sauce: 1 Tbsp
- Salt: 1/2 Tbsp
- Pepper: to taste
Directions
Slice the daikon into 1.2-inch thin pieces, thinly slice the onion to 1 inch strips, and cut the green onion diagonally.
- Wash the fish cake and cut it into bite-sized pieces.
