Privacy Policy
To ensure the protection of users' personal information and rights, and to resolve issues related to personal information protection, JINA F&C (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") implements the following personal information protection policy in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act.
Article 1 (Purpose of Personal Information Collection)
1. The Company collects users' personal information for the following purposes. Collected information is not used for any purposes other than those specified below, and when the purpose of use changes, necessary measures are taken to obtain separate consent from users in accordance with Article 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act.

Article 2 (Storage and Use Period of Personal Information)
1. The Company stores personal information for 5 years from the time consent is received from the user for collection and use. Unless otherwise specified by relevant laws, personal information will be deleted after 5 years. If there is a deletion request during the storage period, the information will be deleted within 10 days from the date of the request.
Article 3 (Third-Party Provision of Personal Information)
1. In principle, the Company uses users' personal information within the scope of the purposes stated above, and does not use or provide personal information to third parties for other purposes without the user's prior consent, except in the following cases:
- When separate consent has been obtained from the user
- When there are other specific legal regulations besides the Personal Information Protection Act
- When personal information is necessary for statistical or scientific research purposes and is provided in a form that does not allow specific individual identification
- When personal information is necessary to protect the urgent life, body, or property interests of the user or a third party, and it is difficult to obtain prior consent because the user or their legal representative is unable to express their intentions or the address is unknown
Article 4 (User Rights and Methods of Exercising Rights)
1. Users can exercise the following rights and may request to view, modify, delete, or stop the use of their personal information. In addition, if a user requests modification, deletion, or cessation of use of personal information, confirmation of such requests will be provided within 10 days of receipt or before the request is processed, and the use and provision of personal information will be limited.

Article 5 (Consignment of Personal Information Management)
1. The Company entrusts the following personal information management-related tasks:

1. The Company uses the following personal information items:
- Mandatory items: Email, name, company name, country, company size, number of products needed, currently used technological platform in relation to products, IP address, device ID, website access information (e.g., session logs)
- Optional items: Mobile phone number or other phone numbers, position (designation)

Article 7 (Procedure and Method for Deletion of Personal Information)
1. In principle, the Company deletes personal information once the purpose of use has been achieved. The deletion process, deadline, and method are as follows:

Article 8 (Information Collection and Rejection through Cookies)
1. The Company's website uses cookies to collect and store personal information. A cookie is a small document file transmitted by a website to the user's computer browser. Cookies recognize the user's computer but do not identify the user personally.
2. Users have the right to accept or reject cookies. They can choose to accept all cookies, request notification when cookies are installed, or refuse the installation of all cookies. For more details, refer to the help section of the internet browser.
Article 9 (Ensuring the Safe Management of Personal Information)
1. In accordance with Article 29 of the Personal Information Protection Act, the Company takes technical, administrative, and physical measures to ensure the safe management of personal information.

Article 12 (Changes to the Personal Information Protection Policy)
1. This personal information protection policy is effective from the date of implementation, and in case of addition, deletion, or modification according to relevant laws and/or internal policies, the changes will be notified 7 days before the implementation of the changed content.
