- Eggplant: 2 (10.6 oz)

Wangshin Smoked Fish Sauce: 1 Tbsp
- Vegetable oil: 1 Tbsp
- Sesame oil: 1 tsp
- Perilla oil: 1 tsp
- Minced garlic: 1 tsp
- Water: 1/2 cup
Directions
Slice the eggplant into 1.2-inch thick rounds.
- In a frying pan over medium heat, add water and cook the eggplant until all the water evaporates.
- Add vegetable oil and stir-fry until the eggplant starts to turn soft.
- Add garlic and Wangshin Smoked Fish Sauce and continue to stir-fry until the eggplants turn soft. Turn off the heat and mix in sesame oil and perilla oil.
