Ingredients
- Steak beef: 5.3 oz × 2 pieces
- Canned tomatoes: 1/2 can (7 oz)
- Water: 1 cup
- Garlic: 2 cloves
- Onion (medium): 1/4 piece

Wangshin Smoked Fish Sauce: 1 Tbsp
- Dried oregano: 1/3 tsp
- Olive oil: 1 Tbsp
- Salt, pepper, parsley, Parmesan cheese: to taste
- Favorite vegetables: as desired
Directions
In a pot, add olive oil and coarsely chopped garlic, and sauté over medium heat until garlic turns brown. Then add chopped onion and sauté.
- Add the canned tomatoes and water, and then add Wangshin Smoked Fish Sauce and oregano. Let it simmer until it thickens; this would be the sauce.
