Diagnosed with cancer, she embarked on a quest for understanding, quickly confronting the stark reality that the origins of her illness could be intricately linked to dietary choices. This realization was further amplified by witnessing firsthand the substandard hygiene practices prevalent in the production of fish sauce, a staple ingredient in many kitchens. It was this combination of personal health struggles and the exposure to the compromised quality of widely consumed food products that ignited a fierce determination within her to take matters into her own hands. The philosophy of "making it properly myself" was not merely a choice but a necessity, birthing a commitment to excellence and health in the fermented food business.


Starting modestly with a small batch of just 60 liters, our founder embarked on this venture by purchasing anchovies in May, laying the foundation for what would become a highly acclaimed fish sauce. The initial batch, crafted with meticulous care and attention to detail, quickly garnered unanimous praise from those who had the chance to experience its distinctive flavor and quality.
